SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

If you are not satisfied with the Rope It within 30(Thirty) days of receiving it, Rope It will refund the purchase price (original shipping and handling not included) of the Rope It. Shipping back to Rope It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser. If purchasing from an outside vendor, it is up to the vendor’s policy and discretion for refunding.

30 DAY ROPE IT WARRANTY

Rope It comes with a 30 day warranty. The Rope It can only be returned if defective. Warranty is voided if the Rope It is; altered, damaged from abuse and misuse. Warranty does not cover acts of God. There are no warranties that extend beyond the 30-day warranty. Rope It will replace or repair the unit from Thirty days of reception of the Rope It. Rope It Golf, LLC. Is not responsible for the return of the defective Rope It. Rope It is not responsible if damage is due to shipping. If purchased from an outside vendor, it can only be returned to the outside vendor for replacement or repair.
